PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Client owns a renowned resort on the Red Sea in the city of Jeddah. Established 1996 on a land area exceeding 8 square kilometers, the resort includes a multitude of facilities including residential, hospitality, retail, F&B, entertainment and marine, among other services. The residential facilities are offered as 2nd home condos and the resort offers full infrastructure and utility services. The Client’s objective is to revitalize the resort thru a number of renovation and new construction projects.
