CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION
Midrar will be responsible for the site coordination of all construction activities on the site, review of contractors methodology for work and providing comments and suggestions to improve productivity and increased safety, inspect the daily executed works and review of site safety procedures.

During construction, Midrar provides the leadership necessary to proactively identify and manage the stakeholder requirements for the programming, planning, costing and construction. We drive the construction activities to define the parameters of schedule, cost, and quality to deliver a unique project. Midrar manages the progression of the
project activities ensuring the coordination of multidisciplinary analyst, designers, contractors and specialists, Midrar maintains an integrated management system.
