With more than 35 years of experience, Dr. Rehab, ex-Associate professor and Head of Construction Group at King Abdulaziz University(KAAU). During his tenure he served as the projects manager of KAAU new campus project. Subsequently, Dr. Rehab was VP of Projects at the real estate division of “The Savola Group”. He was directly responsible for successfully developing and delivering multi-use retail and commercial projects valued at over SAR 1 Billion with a total built-up area of more than 350,000 square meters. Some of his projects in Jeddah includes: Okaz Press Complex, International Medical Center,  the Sugar Refinery and the Roshan Mall. He holds a Doctor of philosophy degree in civil engineering from the University of Michigan, USA.
