Project Description:
Bin Sulaiman Business Center is a mixed-use building located in Al Khalidiya District, Jeddah. The project comprises of retail outlets on the ground floor, eight floors of flexible office spaces, and two floors underground parking, providing ample parking for tenants and visitors alike.
Midrar was involved in reviewing and improving the design, project management, and construction supervision. Working closely with the client, we were able to refine the building’s design, enhancing its aesthetic appeal while also ensuring that it met all necessary regulatory requirements and standards.
