Al-Shara’i Gated Community Project is located in Al Shara’i District, Makkah. The project features residential units, retail outlets, and educational faculties. Midrar was responsible for the development management of the project and preparing the initial feasibility study. In addition, Midrar was involved with HOK Planning Group to prepare the Master plan for the project.
