Suhail Al Riyadh Community Project is located in south of Al Riyadh Near Al kharg Road, the site area is 1,700,000 sqm, the Client intend to develop the project with Ministry of Housing, Midrar is involved with Assets Financial Advisors in developing of the project to be a residential Community, Midrar CEO is a member of the executive committee of the project development in order to Discuss, consult, advice….etc. and Midrar is responsible for entire Project Management Services during the Studies Stage which is ending by obtaining the approval of the project from the Ministry of Housing, Design Stage and Construction Stages.
