Al-Khabeer Capital intent to develop the Site of Old Airport to be residential and commercial plots. The objective of the Project is to develop the site into serviced plots that can be sold individually. Servicing the plots will include roads, pavements, street furniture & lighting, landscaping, electricity, water, sewer, drainage, telecommunication, as well as connecting the utilities to the closest public utility point.
The site is located at King Abdullah Road, Jeddah. It has an area of approximate 345,685 m2 and the site is completely undeveloped. The site is a part of old airport land.
