Private hospital expansion comprises an expansion tower for the existing hospital covering a footprint of 3,500 sqm with approximate built-up area of 24,500 sqm. The medical college which is a unique project With built-up area of 40,000 sqm and would be situated on a plot of land 13,000 sqm, Midrar is involved for Design Management scope of works.
The project site is part of the UQU campus in Al-Aabedia, 10 km to the southeast of Makkah, on Al-Taif high way.
